At Paragon Institute of Technology, our community outreach programs bring quality technical education closer to the people. Through partnerships with local communities, government agencies, and industry partners, we equip individuals with practical skills that support employment, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning.
Barangay & LGU Programs
Establishing and nurturing productive partnerships with Barangay Councils and Local Government Units through memoranda of agreement, joint program planning, and regular coordination — aligning our training capabilities with grassroots community development priorities and LGU-mandated services.
Scholarship Drives
Organizing, promoting, and managing scholarship initiatives in coordination with LGUs, private donors, and corporate partners — from beneficiary identification and selection through financial aid tracking, academic progress monitoring, and impact reporting to sponsors.
Youth Employability Workshops
Community-based workshops that equip out-of-school youth, recent graduates, and young adults with essential employability skills — resume writing, interview preparation, workplace readiness, and career planning — delivered in partnership with barangay youth councils and local organizations.
